Vendor Visit Guidelines

Visiting hours are from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the designated area in the front section of the main cafeteria. Note: this area is the only space to be used for any demonstration or sample literature; all products and brochures must be confined to the two 4’ tables provided. We encourage you to bring visual representations of any products evidencing your work. Also note that this is an ad-hoc opportunity. There is no guarantee on the number of interactions with staff.

Drawings, raffles, and soliciting are not permitted. Please do not hang anything on the walls. Dining room tables are not to be used; dining room tables and chairs are not to be moved at any time. Keep the seating arrangement as is. The cafeteria should be left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival. Special equipment, such as audio-visual, etc. cannot be provided. Line cords and outlet strips are also not provided. Cameras and photography equipment are not allowed. At this time, all vendors visiting MIT Lincoln Laboratory must be U.S. Citizens or permanent legal residents. Please note that you are visiting a secure facility and your access to the cafeteria is via the outside staircase. Limit equipment you bring to what you can carry on this stairway.

Your adherence to these guidelines is requested; otherwise, future visits will be prohibited.
