The Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) mission is to develop and deploy a layered Missile Defense System (MDS) to defend the United States, its deployed forces, allies, and friends from missile attacks in all phases of flight. The MDA Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program is implemented, administered, and managed by the MDA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/STTR Program Management Office (PMO), located within the Innovation, Science, & Technology (DV) directorate. Offerors responding to a topic in this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) must follow all general instructions provided in the Department of Defense (DoD) STTR Program BAA. MDA requirements in addition to or deviating from the DoD Program BAA are provided in the instructions.
